I created Fit Mode Digital for busy people who are tired of starting over every Monday.

No time for the gym. No clear plan. No idea what to eat — I know exactly what that feels like.

After suffering a serious head injury while playing Semi Professional American Football, I faced one of the hardest challenges of my life. Recovery wasn’t easy — but health and fitness became my therapy, my purpose, and my way back.

I was blessed to be coached and mentored by professional athletes. They taught me the power of discipline, mindset, and structured training. When life forced me to rebuild, I turned to simple at-home workouts, clear routines, and a high-protein nutrition system — and that process transformed me. That transformation is the foundation of everything I now teach.
